GRAND BLANC, MI - A new heated and climate-controlled storage facility in Grand Blanc has reached nearly full occupancy just two months after opening, reflecting strong demand from small businesses and residents seeking secure, flexible space.

Located at 3151 Tri Park Drive, MI Business Garage & Storage opened in mid-September and offers a range of units designed for both business and personal use.

The modern facility includes oversized bay doors, bright LED lighting, in-unit electrical outlets, 16-foot ceilings, and 24/7 access. All units are heated, and tenants can pay rent or reserve space online at any time.

Chuck SeKrenes is the builder of the project, while Jon Stewart is the owner.
