A new study estimates that the data center campus near Adamstown — if fully built out — will generate about $215 million annually for Frederick County starting in 2036.

Consulting firm HR&A Advisors Inc. conducted an analysis of the economic and fiscal impacts of the Quantum Frederick data center campus for Catellus Development Corporation, which is leading the site's development.
