Dionne, Jr. The East Providence girls' volleyball team fell to North Kingstown 3-1(21-25, 23-25, 25-16, 23-25) in the Division 1 championship at RIC on Saturday evening. The 2nd seeded Townies ended their season with a record of 17-3. They beat both East Greenwich and La Salle in the playoffs to reach the final. “I’m really proud that we made it here,” Townies’ senior Keira Mullen said. “It is disappointing because I know we had it in us to do way better than that.” “We didn’t play with consistency,” said Townies head coach Alex Butler.
