LOGAN — Utah State University's Air Force ROTC program honored Veterans Day on Tuesday, Nov. 11, with its annual POW/MIA march, a solemn 24-hour vigil dedicated to remembering service members who are missing in action or were prisoners of war.
USU student Tyler Hogin, whose uncle served in the military, was impressed with the solemn event.
“I am very appreciative of our veterans and everything they do for us, keeping us safe out here and wherever,” said Hogin. “There is a lot going on in the world and I feel very lucky that they are there to protect us no matter what.”
