Reece James has told Harry Kane it is his turn to entertain Donald Trump on the winners' podium at next summer's World Cup — and hopes FIFA change kick-off times to guard against the sweltering heat.

The Chelsea captain and team-mates appeared bemused when joined on stage by the President of the United States this summer for their trophy lift after victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the Club World Cup final.

Trump is set to appear in public capacity at next year’s World Cup, too, with the tournament being co-hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada.
