Most ARC Raiders quests have you sorting through junk or fixing broken equipment Topside, but "The Major's Footlocker" is a deeply personal excursion for Tian Wen, Speranza's weapon merchant. Rather than searching for hidden weapon caches in the Buried City like in Tian Wen's "Market Correction" and "Industrial Espionage" quests, "The Major's Footlocker" sends you to Dam Battlegrounds in search of important family mementos.

"The Major's Footlocker" requires a successful extraction , so you should either go in with virtually nothing, a free loadout, or make sure you've got some firepower in case you run into ARC enemies or hostile Raiders.
