LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A call center is now open for anyone who was affected by the deadly UPS plane crash in Louisville last week.

The plane crashed around 5:13 p.m. on Nov. 4 as it was leaving UPS Worldport, which is located at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. It was headed to Honolulu, Hawaii.

Officials said the crash claimed 14 lives, including all three crew members aboard the plane. There were at least a dozen people hospitalized with injuries.

There were also several businesses in the surrounding area impacted by the crash.

Tuesday marked one week since the crash, and a call center is now open for those affected by it.
