Third time’s the charm.

Kathy Griffin revealed the jaw-dropping amount she paid to undergo her third facelift during her appearance on the “Good Guys” podcast Monday. The comedian, 65, said she paid $218,000.

“It was not cheap,” she admitted.

“You know how many d–k jokes I have to tell for $218,000?,” she continued to joke. “I have to do at least two shows.”

While the price tag for her facelift was high, Griffin said she’d heard of six or seven surgeons in Beverly Hills, Calif., who could charge up to $1 million for the procedure. She said that she couldn’t bring herself to pay that much and revealed that her procedure was done by Kris Jenner’s last plastic surgeon — not Dr. Steven Levine , who’s responsible for Jenner’s recent viral facelift.
