LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - The Laredo Fire Department has unveiled new information following a remarkably busy day, marked by three distinct incidents occurring within a mere few hours.

The series of events commenced just before 8:00 AM on the 1700 block of Orange Blossom Loop in North Laredo. Authorities suspect a heater may have been the cause of a house fire that completely destroyed the residence. Fortunately, an elderly couple residing there managed to escape unharmed.

Later, at approximately 3:00 PM, emergency crews were dispatched to a substantial warehouse fire. Despite the blaze being located within the county’s jurisdiction, the Laredo Fire Department deployed nine units to assist with the extensive effort. This building also resulted in a total loss, though thankfully, no injuries
