In recent years, a Foreigner setlist holds few surprises. But on Friday night at a sold-out Prospera Place, the veteran rock band -- now without any original members on stage -- managed to defy expectations and deliver a memorable finale to their Canadian tour.
Luis Maldonado, promoted to lead singer for this tour, proved himself more than capable in the role, bringing both power and charisma to the performance.
