FAIRFIELD, Maine (WABI) - Fairfield Police say they were called to do a welfare check Tuesday morning and found a man dead.

Just after 8:30 a.m., police went to Burrill Street and found the body of Jeremy Turner, 39, of Fairfield.

Officials say the Medical Examiner was called, but Turner’s death does not appear to be suspicious.

Police continue to investigate.
