PHOENIX — The company that recently opened an apartment complex made from shipping containers in Phoenix is now offering a way for people to go off the grid.

Tudo Capital recently announced that its line of Tectume Accessory Dwelling Vehicles (ADV) is now on sale in Phoenix.

The 30-foot-long, 240-square-foot cabins are built onto trailers, meaning that they can be placed in rural areas where building could be difficult.

“For many Phoenicians dreaming of a weekend cabin escape, the biggest challenge is the cost and complexity of building where there’s no power, water or lack of construction labor,” Tudo Capital Founder Evan Glickman said in a press release. “The Tectume ADV solves that.”
