The MV Shorts Awards have unveiled its honors, with the show honoring projects from veterans and active duty military members.

The Dedication , directed by Adrienne Lunson, took home the top honor and a $1,000 grant. The short is a Japanese adaptation of the Stephen King short story about a housekeeper whose son writes a bestselling novel under mysterious circumstances.
