Oregon is on the rise in the College Football Playoff rankings.

The Ducks (8-1, 5-1 Big Ten) moved up one spot from No. 9 to No. 8 and a potential home playoff game when the selection committee announced its second version of the CFP top 25 on ESPN on Nov. 11.

Oregon has won three straight games – including an 18-16 victory on the road against No. 21 Iowa Nov. 8 – since its only loss of the season to No. 2 Indiana on Oct. 11 . Up next is a game at 6 p.m. Nov. 14 against Minnesota at Autzen Stadium.
