Man arrested for allegedly abandoning and abusing his nephew

A man is in federal custody after allegedly abandoning his 4-year-old nephew and telling police he and the child were "jumped" after the child was found dead.

Randall Pablo, 36, is charged with abandonment and abuse of a child resulting in death. He was arrested Monday.
