POPLARVILLE, Miss. (WLOX) - On a coast littered with teams that specialize in running the ball, there’s one running back who stands among the Coast’s best.

Ty Keys continues to dominate week after week, and that was no different on Friday.

The first round of the 4A playoffs was a routine night for Keys, turning 22 carries into 287 yards and four touchdowns in the Hornets’ 49-20 win over Forrest County Agricultural High School.

Keys made it clear: it looks easy on gameday because of the work put in at practice.

“It is just how I prepare every week,” said Keys. “I am 100 percent at practice, and it shows in the game. My offensive line, they make it easy for me. I just take advantage of it.”
