BIRMINGHAM, Ala. —
The National Veterans Day Parade rolled through the streets of downtown Birmingham Tuesday.
The parade, considered to be the longest-running in the country, started on 18th Street and 9th Avenue North, proceeding down 4th Avenue, and looping back around to 19th Street and 10th Avenue North.
This was the 78th National Veterans Day Parade which featured many armed services members and marching bands.
