Delhi's air pollution crisis deepened not only due to hazardous smog but also a major disruption in public air quality reporting systems on Monday, November 10.
The Central Pollution Control Board's (CPCB) real-time data feeds, including the Sameer App and official website, stopped displaying updated Air Quality Index (AQI) readings for several hours from 1 pm onwards, leading to widespread concern, as per news agency PTI.
While individual station readings reappeared on the CPCB portal around 9 pm, several monitors continued to show incomplete data.
The city's 24-hour average AQI, typically released at 4 pm, remained unavailable past 6:30 pm. Authorities did not offer an immediate explanation, as per PTI.
