1Man shot and killed in West Baltimore alley as police seek tips in deadly attack

Baltimore, MD – A 33-year-old man was gunned down late Friday night in a rear alley off West North Avenue, and police are now offering a reward of up to $8,000 for information leading to an arrest in the deadly shooting.

The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. on November 7 in the 3100 block of W. North Avenue. The victim, identified as Jaquan Vastion, was found shot in the alley and later pronounced dead.

Detectives have not announced any suspects or motive. The investigation remains active and ongoing.

Metro Crime Stoppers is urging anyone with knowledge of the incident to submit tips anonymously. Tips that lead to felony charges and an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $8,000.
