A Lebanon County woman is accused of assaulting both a victim and an emergency medical technician during a domestic dispute in Palmyra, police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 11.

Elisha R. Hoke, 41, was arrested after officers were called to 519 North Railroad Street around 1:18 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 7, according to the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department.

Hoke struck the victim in the face multiple times, causing injuries, investigators said. While on scene, she allegedly hit an EMT who was providing assistance, authorities detailed in the release.

Hoke was taken into custody and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking. She is charged with Felony Aggravated Assault, Misdemeanor Simple Assault – Domestic Violence, Summary Disorderly Conduct, and Summary Harassment, police said.

Her preliminary arraignment was held before Magisterial District Judge Maria M. Dissinger on Friday, Nov. 7, at 2:25 p.m., according to court documents. She was released on $50,000 unsecured bail the same day.

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled before Judge David R. Warner Jr. at Lebanon County Central Court on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 8:30 a.m., docket records show.
