SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. - Shasta County is inviting residents to participate in a series of Community Engagement Meetings. The gatherings aim to gather input for the county's new 5-Year Strategic Plan.
Residents can attend meetings in their local communities. The sessions will be held in the City of Shasta Lake on November 18 at the Larry J. Farr Community Center, in Redding on November 20 at the Redding Veterans Hall, in Anderson on December 1 at the Frontier Senior Center, and in Burney/Fall River on December 3 at a location yet to be determined.
All four meetings will take place between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Officials say the meetings will focus on key topics such as public safety, housing, mental health, and economic opportunity.
