COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho – The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has announced the location of a new temple in Coeur d’Alene, at the corner of Hanley Avenue and Coeur Terre Boulevard.
Jennifer J. Hicks, The Church’s Greater Spokane and North Idaho Regional Communication Director, said the temple will be a single-story building of approximately 29,630 square feet. It will be situated on a 10.91-acre site along with a meetinghouse and an ancillary building.
“When the temple is completed, the entire community will be invited to tour it during a public open house,” Elder Hal C. Hunsaker, Area Seventy, stated.
