The Yankees will have company in their efforts to bring back Cody Bellinger , including from the Mets, who currently have openings at 1B and CF.

For the Mets, the only small negative is that Bellinger is left-handed.

Some may recall the Mets signed a Yankees OF last winter.

Re-signing Bellinger is the No. 1 Yankees priority — as re-signing Juan Soto was a year ago. Bellinger thrived his season in The Bronx (5 WAR).
