New Delhi : Shocking CCTV footage has emerged, capturing the precise moment a car exploded near Delhi’s historic Red Fort on Tuesday evening. The blast, which killed at least 12 people and left several others injured, is being investigated as a possible ‘Fidayeen’ (suicide) attack, according to initial reports from the Delhi Police.
