As soon as the final phase of voting for the Bihar Assembly elections concluded, exit polls were released on Tuesday evening. In the poll of polls from 17 agencies, NDA appears to be getting a clear majority in Bihar.
In the 243-seat assembly, NDA is estimated to get 154 seats. The Grand Alliance is said to be limited to 83 seats, while 5 seats may go to others.
In the last election, NDA got 125 seats, the Grand Alliance got 110, and others got 8 seats. This means NDA is projected to gain about 29 seats this time, while the Grand Alliance is projected to lose 27 seats.
BJP is claimed to get the most seats, 75, while Congress is projected to get 13 seats. Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraj Party, which contested elections for the first time, appears ineffective. It is estimated to get 3-5 seats
