Dancing With the Stars is remembering a legend.
During the show's 20th Anniversary Party episode Nov. 11, judges Carrie Ann Inaba , Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli paid tribute to the late Len Goodman , who served as a judge on the ABC series from its first season in 2004 until 2020.
"I remember the first day that I walked on set with Len and Bruno," Carrie said in a confessional during the heartwarming segment, "it felt like, 'Something a little magical is happening here.'"
And Bruno felt equally enamored by Len, who passed away following a cancer battle in 2023 at age 78.
"When I first met Len," the TV personality said during the episode, "he felt like a brother."
And that wasn't the only way the series, which has since renamed the Mirrorball Trophy to the Len Goodman
