GREEN BAY, Wis. — The UND women's basketball team led after one quarter Tuesday night against Green Bay before the offense slipped away.
Green Bay outscored UND 32-13 in the second half in a 67-43 win over the Fighting Hawks at Kress Events Center in front of 1,903 fans.
The Fighting Hawks dropped to 0-3, while Green Bay, a member of the Horizon League, improved to 3-0.
UND led 15-14 after the first quarter but trailed 35-30 at halftime.
UND was led in scoring by Mikayla Aumer, who had 10 points in 20 minutes behind 4-for-8 shooting from the field and 2-for-4 shooting from 3-point range.
Ava Miller had nine points and an incredible 18 rebounds.
True freshman London Harris added nine points and five rebounds.
The Hawks were just 14-for-48 from the field and 6-for-25 from the 3-point
