LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A two-car accident on Highway 359 at Floral has caused lane closures on Nov. 11 at approximately 10 p.m.

The accident has caused the closure of one eastbound lane on the right side and both lanes going west on Highway 359.

Traffic is being affected in both directions at the intersection.
