CHARLOTTE, N.C.- An update in TV star Wendy Williams’ fight to end her guardianship. A new test has reportedly cleared her of the diagnosis that has kept her under court control for the past three years. A neurologist now believes she does not have frontotemporal dementia. The former talk show host reportedly underwent several medical tests, and the results did not match the diagnosis from 2023 when she tested positive for the disease. Her legal team is expected to request a hearing to end a guardianship she’s been under since 2022. If the judge insists on maintaining the guardianship, the attorney plans to request a jury trial.
