COREY Lamb and his girlfriend, Emelia, walked into the Pavilion at the Old Course in St Andrews for the Champions Dinner at the Alfred Dunhill Links at the home of golf.

The room was wall-to-wall with celebrities. Actors, sports legends, musicians, not to mention golfers.

Billy Murray, Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Kelly Slater, Andy Murray, Michael Vaughan, Kevin Pietersen ... the list goes on.

"It was a bit different to the Federal Hotel at Branxton," Lamb said, laughing, in reference to his local pub in the Hunter Valley town.

Lamb was teamed up with former England Test cricketer and namesake, Allan Lamb, in the unique DP World event played at St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns in Scotland each October.
