PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - The #14 Illini raced out to a 13 point halftime lead over #11 Texas Tech. But led by All-American JT Toppin’s 25 points, Texas Tech took the lead in the 2nd half. The Illini recovered thanks to a clutch 23 points from Andrej Stojakovic and great play on both ends by Kylan Boswell. Illinois wins 81-77 to improve to 3-0 on the season.
