COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - The A&M Consolidated volleyball team beat College Station 25-23, 25-18, 25-20 in the Class 5A-I Regional Final at Tiger Gym on Tuesday.

The Tigers avenged last year’s regional final loss to the Cougars. This was the fourth time the two squads played each other this season. College Station won the regular season series two matches to one.

Consol advances to the state semifinals for the first time since 2014. The Tigers will take on New Braunfels on Saturday at 4 p.m. at The Merrell Center in Katy.
