Steve Steele’s Pierre Governors got off to a terrible start last year and still made it back to the title game only to be edged by Watertown and have their 7-year streak snapped of 11-AA titles..
They’ve done the same thing this year, saving their best for last. And this is a team that’s overcome a lot of adversity along the way.
