HILLS, MN. (Dakota News Now) -A team that hasn’t had to deal with much adversity at all is Hills Beaver Creek. The Patriots are ranked #1 in 9-man and are in the Minnesota semifinals Thursday trying to keep a perfect season going.

We ran a story on the Metzgers last week. But this team is loaded with many more talented players. And what makes the team extra special is the lack of ego.

Rex Metzger, Hills Beaver Creek Football Coach says, “They do not care about themselves. They just care about this team and it’s just been fun coaching them. They love competing. They’re not just football players, they run track, they play basketball and they are just athletic and they are competitors.”
