A London Underground line is suffering a part-closure and delays this morning (Wednesday, November 12) ahead of rush hour. The Piccadilly line remains shut between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge to reduce the damage caused to train wheels by significant leaf fall.
These closures have been regular throughout autumn. Other parts of the line in West London are also experiencing disruption this morning due to a late finish to engineering work.
From Barons Court all services are facing severe delays to Heathrow and Rayners Lane.
Elsewhere on the Tube network, the Central line is experiencing minor between Hainault and both Leytonstone and Woodford due to train cancellations.
