Tom Schwartz has a new girlfriend and her identity has been revealed!

The 43-year-old former Vanderpump Rules star confirmed his relationship with Kiana Carroll this past weekend by sharing a photo of them on his Instagram Story on Sunday (November 9).

Tom reposted a snap of the pair sitting in a booth at a bar, which he reposted from Kiana . See the pic on Us Weekly .

Previously, the reality star shared a photo of Kiana but did not reveal her face, just showing the back of her head while looking out of a car window and holding his hand.
