Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) reported a stable performance for the September quarter (Q2 FY26), posting a 3.6% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹378.7 crore, compared with ₹365.4 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations grew 2.9% to ₹2,354.5 crore, supported by consistent container volumes and steady demand in domestic logistics.
Operating profit (EBITDA) came in marginally lower at ₹576.15 crore versus ₹582.46 crore a year ago, while EBITDA margins eased to 24.5% from 25.5% on account of a normalised cost base and higher operational expenses.
The company’s board also declared a second interim dividend for FY2025–26 of ₹2.60 per equity share of face value ₹5 each, amounting to ₹198.02 crore.
