A guest on BBC Breakfast has issued a stark warning after a tragic accident left him paralysed.

Presenters Jon Kay and Sarah Campbell introduced Seth Marks on the show, who shared his harrowing story about an accident three years ago.

"There's a warning today about the number of people who have been caught not wearing seatbelts," Jon started.

Sarah added: "One police force installed AI cameras to catch driving offences and found that 6,000 people in a year were breaking seatbelt rules."
