A BBC Breakfast guest has issued a stark warning after a life-changing crash left him paralysed.

Highlighting the dangers of unsafe driving, presenters Jon Kay and Sarah Campbell introduced guest Seth Marks, who recounted his ordeal from three years ago.

"There's a warning today about the number of people who have been caught not wearing seatbelts," Jon began.

Sarah continued: "One police force installed AI cameras to catch driving offences and found that 6,000 people in a year were breaking seatbelt rules."
