As investigating agencies widen their probe into the Red Fort blast case , another name has come under their scanner -- Zafar Hayat, the former husband of Dr Shaheen Shahid, who was arrested for her alleged involvement with the Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM)-linked “white-collar” Faridabad terror module.

Crime branch officials interrogated Hayat, who is also a doctor by profession, at his office in Kanpur.

Speaking to Aaj Tak, India Today's sister channel, he said that his marriage to Shaheen, originally from Lucknow, ended in 2013. "Ours was an arranged marriage. Since it ended in 2013, I have not had any contact with her," he said.

Hayat also revealed the circumstances that led to their divorce.
