A former I'm A Celebrity winner has issued a stark warning as he revealed a huge campmate "mistake".

Comedian Joe Pasquale became the King of the Jungle back in season four, which aired in 2004. Paul Burrell came in second place, while Fran Cosgrave was third.

Joe appeared on ITV's Good Morning Britain on Wednesday (November 12), where he offered advice to the latest group of campmates.

"[I won the show] 21 years ago now, can you believe that? You'd think in your head about seven or eight years, but 21 years ago," he told hosts Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley.
