The Washington Commanders are going to be part of NFL history this weekend, being one side of the first-ever regular-season game played in Spain, against the Miami Dolphins.
With everything that isn’t going right for the Commanders and head coach Dan Quinn, he does want to ensure he and his team take at least a moment this week to look around them and realize how cool it is to be part of something like this weekend. But he doesn’t want his team to lose focus on the immediate goal either, to figure out what is missing and how to get to where they’re truly playing their brand of football in 2025.
