A high-intensity blast ripped through a slow-moving car at a traffic signal near the Red Fort metro station on Monday evening, killing 12 people and injuring several others.
"Went to LNJP Hospital and met those injured during the blast in Delhi. Praying for everyone’s quick recovery," the PM said, and reiterated that those behind the "conspiracy" will be brought to justice.
