Coughs and colds are common around this time of year as the days grow darker and the season gets that bit chillier, however, as Covid and flu continue to circulate, it has left many wondering what really are the differences between the two bugs.
Flu, also known as influenza, is a viral infection which generally tends to hit Brits hard during the colder months, and at the moment strain H3N2 is one particular strain being flagged, after it targeted Japan and Australia recently.
