As many as 4 persons have died and around 20 others have fallen ill following an outbreak of severe diarrhoea and dehydration in Mizoram’s Lawngtlai district.

As per inputs, the first fatality occurred on November 4, followed by 3 more deaths in the following days in Kakichhuah village, located in southern Mizoram’s Lawngtlai District near the India–Myanmar border, under the Tuithumhnar MDC constituency.
