At a meeting scheduled this afternoon, Wednesday, Nov. 12, the Ketchum Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss and address traffic concerns related to parking at both the Bigwood Golf Course and Zenergy Health Club and Spa.

The commissioners will discuss parking requirements for the parking lots serving Bigwood Golf Course and Zenergy off Saddle Road. The city has asked the P&Z to address the issue after fielding numerous complaints from the public about overflow parking spreading into residential areas nearby.

The P&Z will look into what is, and is not, a permitted event requiring parking at the location; whether the businesses are meeting the requirements of their respective development agreements; and, lastly, what is the approval process should the property owners choose to devel
