The Blaine County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13, to begin reviewing an application for the proposed Glendale North Subdivision, located south of Bellevue.
The application, submitted in May by WR Ranch Holdings LLC, seeks to subdivide 77 acres into eight lots near the intersection of Glendale Road and state Highway 75 south of Bellevue.
According to meeting documents, seven of the approximately 5-acre lots would be located to the north of Glendale Road and to the west of Highway 75, with one larger 38-acre lot located south of Glendale Road and to the west of Highway 75.
