SOUTHWICK — The state Department of Environmental Protection is holding an informational meeting Thursday to give residents an understanding of lake health and the restoration of the Congamond Lakes through its Watershed Planning Program.
“Our waters are impaired. We know that. All three ponds,” said Richard Grannells, the chair of the Lake Management Committee during its last meeting when announcing the meeting that will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 13, in the Land Use Hearing Room in Town Hall.
