This week’s State of Play Japan presentation included several noteworthy announcements, but the one that caught my eye was the reveal of a new PS5 and PC gaming monitor, which Sony is currently calling the “27” Gaming Monitor with DualSense Charging Hook.” Catchy!

Pitched as a monitor that “combines bold visuals and performance,” it’s set to release in the U.S. and Japan in 2026 (release in Europe and beyond has not been confirmed).
