Tonkin went on to discover that Woosley was a first lieutenant who was stationed on the front lines of France
The renovation of a home in North Carolina led to one woman discovering a priceless piece of history.
Earlier this year, Laura Tonkin’s attic was being renovated when one of the workers found an old letter beneath the insulation, according to local media outlet WRAL News .
